Click on the “Addons”

Click "+ Category"
Select the category and create it.

Fill in The Details
Name and Type of Category

Choose Your Type
Single Type: select 1 item only
Multiple Type: can select more item

Save it
You have create the category and go back to previous page.

Select "+ Addon"
Create the addon item
Step 7
Fill in New Addon
Name and price of addon item.
Step 8
Select Addon Category
Just create on the previous step and save it.
Step 9
Select Addons
Just create and back to Add Item

You did it!
Your addon item is created.
