How to register for a MENUWORLDS Account

Step 1: Go to official downloads such as Google Play Store, Apple App Store & HUAWEI AppGallery and search for “Menuworlds Merchant” and download it to register for free.

Step 2: New users open Menuworlds Merchant APP, please click Sign Up and fill in your personal information. Please click “Sign Up” to register your account for free.

Step 3: After successful account registration, go back to the home page (Sign In) and Fill in the account name or email (email) you just registered. and password, and then click “LOGIN” to choose the login.

How do I submit information?

Step 1: Once you have officially entered your account, Menuworlds system will have a series of entry information preparation. Please set up your restaurant information.

Step 2: After setting up the restaurant, the system will ask the merchant to submit information for review such as SSM information, ID/passport, store logo, menu photo or certificate

How do I set up a store?

Click “Store Profile” the settings on this page will be directed to the customer and will be the first to know about your store.

Step 1:Change your profile picture

-Change avatar, click on “Camera” in the avatar
-Change cover, click on “Camera” on the cover
*Please note that the size of the photo is compatible with the way the system presents it.

 

Step 2: Store Information

-Put your store name
-Description : (short to let customers know what you are selling e.g. Japanese restaurant)
-Phone Number: (your store contact number, may not necessarily be the number you are currently using for management)
-Store URL: (set your own store link, so that customers can find you through the link)
-Setting whether your store is: Vegetarian? Halal? Do you want the system to take orders automatically? Do you want to hide your store?

What if I forget my password?

Step 1: On the MENUWORLDS Merchant login page, please click on “Forgot Password”.

Step 2: Enter the phone number you used to register your MENUWORLDS Merchant account.

Step 3: After clicking “SEND OTP”, you will receive a 4-digit verification number from us by SMS. Enter the verification code within 60 seconds to verify your phone number

Step 4: Enter the new password and confirm the new password, then press “Submit”.

Step 5: You will receive a successful password reset message, you can use the new password to login Your MENUWORLDS Merchant account

How can I improve my sales performance on MENUWORLDS?

Generally speaking, your sales performance is determined by several factors

  • Your restaurant’s ranking in restaurant listings and categories. The number of customers who are familiar with your brand and have tried to order from you. The experience of customers who have ordered from you, and whether they order again. Over time, as you receive more orders, your ranking in the listings will improve, which will lead to more organic orders.
  • Participate in our marketing campaigns. This helps to increase the number of customers who see, know, and have tried to order from you. If interested, you can register your interest here and we will contact you regarding the mechanics of future campaigns.
  • Optimizing your store menu. In general, we encourage you to create value bundles that give your customers more value in order to increase order conversion. Adding optional add-ons (drinks, sides, extra toppings) to your most popular dishes has also proven effective in increasing average order value and sales. Other improvements, such as attractive photos and clear item descriptions, also have a positive impact on order conversion.
